When a client orders and pays it will make the account on whm but it will not accept the order nor will it send the account information. tsiedsma Posted November 24, 2011 Share Posted November 24, 2011 What is the reason that the account creation failed? Does it give you an actual error? It sounds like a timeout issue. Like the request to create the account takes too long and PHP kills the request before cPanel can send back a proper response.
