cyberling Posted November 21, 2011 Share Posted November 21, 2011 Hello Everyone, Hope some can help me with a question I'm having in regards to the e-mail templates. What we want to accomplish is to send out a single (welcome) e-mail for clients who sign up for a 30 day trial / free product whilst other paid products send out a welcome and invoice e-mail. The welcome e-mail for the free / trial products is not the same as the one for the paid products. After some searching I've found the possibility to disable certain e-mails from being send but this is not the right way to go either. since it also disables this for all other products. Free / trial clients should not receive the order confirmation, paying customers should. Any help or tips is highly appreciated.
