Problems parsing emails from Outlook express ?

WHMCS is configured to poll all the emails from our support@domain.com email box and open a support ticket.


I've noticed that there is a problem when using outlook express emails - the message body comes empty, seems like there is something wrong with the parser.


I've tested it and approved the problem - I am sending a legit email, with subject, body etc, and the support ticket comes out without the body part.


Anyone experienced it too?

No, works fine here

Customers have sent me emails from all types of client software, including AOL

Spoke to soon

Sent myself a test and it has disappeared (completely)

Checked the Support Ticket Mail Import Log and at least the other customers do not appear to be affected
