elialum Posted November 18, 2011 Share Posted November 18, 2011 Hi, WHMCS is configured to poll all the emails from our support@domain.com email box and open a support ticket. I've noticed that there is a problem when using outlook express emails - the message body comes empty, seems like there is something wrong with the parser. I've tested it and approved the problem - I am sending a legit email, with subject, body etc, and the support ticket comes out without the body part. Anyone experienced it too?
