xxkylexx Posted June 30, 2006 Share Posted June 30, 2006 Hey Matt, I have a customer currently on PayPal Invoices and would like to be switched to the automated PayPal Subscriptions. How can I do this so that the WHMCS system will work properly and recognize the new Payment Method? I know that I can easily switch their payment type in the admin area, but I am afraid the subscription payments won't be picked up by the system since the subscription wasn't made by the initial order, if that makes sense. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 30, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 30, 2006 Hi, What you need to do is create the subscription link yourself, then once it is setup you can enter the subscription id in the subscription id field for the hosting account. This will then allow WHMCS to track payments for it. You will however need the callback url set in your PayPal profile for this to work, it can't be left blank.
