sfsolutions
Hello, i entered an order of a domain. in whmcs the price is 12 Euro We have to add 19% to this price.. No i added a domainorder. On the domain order was also a promotion of 44% Now on the invoice i see a price of 6,72 € as endprice including taxes. But in the end on the invoice should be 6,72 € (44% of the net price) + 19% Tax ... How to manage this ? best wishes Niels
m8internet
What is the 19% relevant to? If you need to add 19% then simply add this to the cost then place the price in WHMCS Promotions are setup under the SetUp tab, link to Promotions Setup a promotion that applies to Domain Names and for 40%
easyhosting
i assune the 19% will be their countries tax rate which they must add. if this is the case just create a tax rule Setup > Tax rules
