Language setting in client area

Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but can't find any info on this.


We're a domain registrar and are offering our website in two languages (English and Swedish), which works fine. For the client area, we've got all kinds of registrar-specific functions, which don't work so well when the language is changed mid-function. Therefore, we've disabled the language drop-down for logged in users.


Now, my question is whether there is any way a customer can change their language setting in the client area? Since we don't show the language switcher, I'd like to display their language setting to them, ideally under "My Details", allowing them the option to change their account language there.


Does anyone know if this is possible? I don't know how customer language settings are stored.
