Pricing examples?

Would like to know if anyone can share examples of pricing for web hosting, disk space, email accounts, etc.

I'm a web designer new to WHMCS. I will need to allow clients to sign up for monthly hosting accounts. Normally, I charge to design a custom website, and then $29/mo. for web hosting + continued support, maintenance and updates. In the past, I've been very vague on exactly how much disk space is allowed, number of email accounts, etc. I need to come up with standard pricing and want to offer the ability for clients to choose their package via WHMCS.

If anyone could point me to pricing examples or give an idea of industry standards, that would be great.

allocation of disk space etc. all depends on what server you have and what resources you have on the sever

you just need to google web hosting and you will find thousands of web hosts just look at several and see what prices they cahrge.

do you wnat to be a budget host, mid range host or high spec host. this will also decide what prices you want to charge

I think I would likely be considered a high spec host since most of my clients have no idea what to do themselves. I build custom websites and do all of the set-up for them + continued support, site updates, etc. So they call me with basic questions or if they want a small change to their logo, etc. I realize that $29/mo. is high for web hosting, but for me it's a minimum with design support included.

I think my question is now to determine for this price ($29/mo.) how much disk space I should make available by default, how many email accounts, etc.? And how much should I charge for additional disk space?

All of my accounts are currently hosted on one Dedicated Virtual account which costs me $50 per month with 30GB storage.

The websites that I design are usually custom Wordpress sites.

are the accounts shared, reseller, master reseller, alpha, VPS

you say your dedicated virtual account ( i assume with 30GB is a VPS) but how much bandwidth etc does it have.

i would say for additional space £2 per GB
