Require customer to agree to terms before continuing service

Agreed with m8, also you can simply mass mail your clients about the change, notify them by twitter to check it, facebook, use the announcements in whmcs, there are a lot of ways that you can use to notify your clients. You can even put a link in the automatically generated invoices with the time and date of the change which they all will see once the invoice is sent. Being creative is a must in this business :)

I've set up new acceptable use policies and I'd like to make it so that if customers do not agree to the new terms within X number of days, their service gets suspended. Is this possible? Is there a mod that does this?

in your admin area under setup>general settings>ordering you will see

Enable TOS Acceptance tick this and then add the URL to your terms in the box below that and this will mean that before they proceed with an order they must accept your terms. this woulds means if you amend you just need to mass mail your clients of the changes.

failing that you could try the below mod.
