htaaccess rewrite rule for http to https for SSL?

MY SSL is showing that there are unsecure links on the page. Do I need to do a httpaccess rewrite rule?

no, make sure you do not have anything linked from non secure url to your page, like an image or any other element.

One more question. Do I need to go through and change short relative URLs to the full URLs? Like in the following example from the footer:

nope, not necessary...just make sure there isnt any http absolute url linked elements in your secure page.

I believe if there was anything there, it'd be in my header or footer for the template I'm using, because as far as I remember, that's the only things I've altered. And in my header and footer, I've got all the http changed to https.

Here's the header and below is the footer. Can u see what's wrong? The official help of whmcs seems to have abandoned me.
