0 m8internet Posted October 9, 2011 Share Posted October 9, 2011 All the account details are retained, hence why the Client Account remains You can set the account to inactive or deleted, but remain visible If you want to delete the client then go to the Database and delete the client However this can result in issues and errors with invoices I would only recommend this if the customer has registered an account only and has not processed any orders, etc 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
