rickbergami Posted October 6, 2011 Share Posted October 6, 2011 Hello, I have been using whmcs for a few weeks now with quantum vault and have processed a few transations. I have two clients that did not get their payment captured so I tried to manually "attempt capture". I get the error that it failed and I go to the gateway log and see "No Card Stored for this Client in Vault". I have tried removing and re-adding the card. I do not see anything in the transaction logs on my payment gateway's site. I have processed other cards and I don't think I have changed anything.
