save encrypted password in module

I'm creating a provisioning module and I need a way to save the encrypted password in tblhosting. I saw there is an API function to encrypt the password, but I prefer to not require the user to enter whmcs API data in the module config. Is there a way to call these functions from within the module code?

thank you

If you are in a WHMCS page like an addon or server module, you can use the WHMCS core functions below:

$password = 'somePassword!';

$encryptedPassword = encrypt($password);

$decryptedPassword = decrypt($encryptedPassword);
