I had placed an order for a couple hundred dollars worth of tutorials (which was a steal to begin with). Once they where done and I received them I noticed that one of them was for the wrong cPanel skin. Talked to Rob and he allowed me to keep/use what I had (if I wanted) and sent me the tutorials with the correct cpanel skin at no other cost to me. What makes this a bit unusual is Rob and I had talked about what skins I needed in earlier conversations but I failed to specify in the order. I just assumed he knew what I was talking about. So he could have, in good conscience, charged for another set of tutorials. But he didn't. That kind of character speaks volumes to a small time business guy like me.
