xxkylexx Posted June 25, 2006 Share Posted June 25, 2006 Hello, It seems at sometimes I am getting multiple submissions of the same support ticket 2-3 minutes apart. I think it might be that a user is using the back function in their browser and it causes the form to be submitted again, but I am unsure. Any idea what could be causing this and if there is any way of stopping it now or in the future? WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 26, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 26, 2006 Hi, To delete a ticket, go into it as if you were going to make a reply then click the delete icon on the very first post.
