Custom AJAX Order Form

We are a game server provider and are looking for someone that can code us a custom ajax order form similar to this: http://griffinrun.net/downloads/fodder2 that would essentially be separate from WHMCS and submit orders to WHMCS via the API and would have the ability to verify an order has been paid for after being place to allow us to code instant server setups. This would essentially be the process for the customer:

 

On step 1 you want the customer to choose a product group.

On step 2 they choose a product and configure the configurable options and custom fields for that product

On step 3 they enter their name/address and other information

On step 4 they enter their payment details, and then they submit and it's all validated and either added to WHMCS as an order or they are redirected back and given a list of errors they need to resolve.

 

Then after the order is placed it will check to see if payment has been received and if so will execute a function to setup the server that we will add at a later time.
