is there is any way to debug registrar module ?

hi all , i am trying to develop registrar module for one of our clients who use whmcs, we trying to develop simple one using template with static data just to debug ,

when we open registrar configuration there is no problem ,

but when we open domain details in client area , or on admin area that chosen the new registrar to be registrar always bringing (connection reset )

 

is there any documentation for developing registrar module other than the registrarKit ?

are any of you know or faced such problem ?
