Wanted: Module/Hook for transaction fees

Dear all,

 

We are looking for someone who can script a hook/module to add a transaction fee based on the payment method. We offer 3 payment methods, and 2 of them are having a transaction fee.

 

The script should do the following:

 

- Add a transaction fee (fix fee) to the order based on the payment method.

- When renewing an order, also add the transaction fee based on the default payment method chosen by the customer.

- This should work for every order, not only webhosting products but also domain registrations.

 

Thats all. So if someone can make this for us then please let me know, also let me know the price of such a script.
