When I RESET the password, it sends a good cryptic password. I have looked for a setting on this and cannot find it. Any thoughts wold be appreciated. Thanks. Loking forward to 4.6 for sure!
Cape Dave
Any input at all would be appreciated In summation, when adding a new client, the welcome email does not contain a password. There must be a way to fix this. Dave

Cape Dave
Hey Sparky, thanks! But it does not appear that this will fix the fact that a blank password is sent in the welcome email. When a new client is created, an email goes out and has the URL and the Username but no password. scurrell
It's a security thing. It is assumed that the client is registering themselves, and therefore knows the password.
Cape Dave
Ah, I see. I thought it may be like that. So, if I am registering a client and want to send them a password, I must do the reset and resend password button and then they will get it. Thanks Scurrell.
