Adamski Posted June 11, 2007 Share Posted June 11, 2007 I need help from anyone who uses Protx to handle their payments in the UK. I have just signed up twice as I need to have one account for my ecommerce merchant account and one account for my recurring payments merchant account - apparently these are the Visa/Mastercard guidelines. I'm going to have to use 2 Prox modules calling the two different accounts to acheive this. How does everyone else deal with this? Protx have managed to completely confuse me by contradicting themselves and telling me that the accounts will be grouped and called as normal - they will then know the difference between the type of payment, or I have been told that I have to ensure I'm calling the right account.
