paperweight
First, I just posted a thread on this topic and all pages loaded, but nowhere on my profile or on this firum did I see it. This is frustrating. I posted a long thread with lots of details, and I do not feel like re-doing it. As I stated in my dead thread, I have been extremely frustrated. Anyway, I am installing, and the page is blank and I tried adding $display_errors = true; but it's still blank. Any ideas? Just blank. No errors. Just blank. I go to install/install.php and nothing loads. Ioncube has been installed and reinstalled and I have uploaded and downloaded 3 times. Just blank. I have wasted about 22 hours on this. I finally joined anf posted on this forum for the first time now. Any why was that post not added? I'm copying this text I'm writing and re-pasting it in case this post not go on the forum.
mylove4life
I would ask WHMCS or some other admin to help and see what is not installed or if the perms are not right...
paperweight
Yes, that is my last option -- these installs should be extremely easy, so I do not want to deal with WHMCS unless it seems like it's their problem, and not mine I have another WHMCS successfully installed and working on an identical server setup. I have also looked at both environments and they appear identical. We are still investigating this. Very, very, very frustrating.
paperweight
Solved. But I do not know exactly how. We re-installed ioncube a 3rd time, and it now works. Not sure why, since this machine is identical to our other WHMCS machine. Oh well~~
