Dan_Sheen Posted September 10, 2011 Share Posted September 10, 2011 Hello everyone, Recently, my company has been receiving a lot of fraudulent orders and I have MaxMind protection which means it is automatic. However, I would like a way to inform the customers that their orders have been marked as fraud. I would like to see a notification to customers when they order that their order was marked as fraud and if they wish to pursue the order, they need to contact us. Sometimes, it's just not fraud but the customer never knows their order was marked as such, and then contacts us upset that we didn't set up their order in a timely fashion. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The messages are customisable via the language files $_LANG['maxmind_highfraudriskscore'] = 'MaxMind has deemed your order to be potentially high risk and therefore it has been held for manual review.<br /><br />If you feel you have received this message in error, then please accept our apologies and <a href="submitticket.php">submit a support ticket</a> to our Customer Service Team.
