Bug? Spam on clients ticket?

This morning I have so far received some 30+ emails from my whmcs all spam. Not to unusual...

 

Except this time it is on a clients ticket and uses the name:

 

john1

john2

john3

 

always with email address: email@gmail.com

 

I've clicked ban user but still I'm getting the notifications that another post was made.

 

How could they send in spam on a clients ticket with a different email address and name which google? especially just email@gmail.com
