I would like to know this as well.

It would need to create the account, and install wordpress on the Domain the customer just entered when they signed up (or the domain they registered through us).

I realize that Fantastico and Softalicious offer "one button install" of wordpress, but for many people, using cPanel, navigating and using Fantastico/Softalicious, naming their MySQL DB, naming the table prefix is more technical than they want to get into.

you could aways install this yourself. we offer a social networking site plan using dolphin and as soon as a client orders this plan we will install and configure this for them on their chosen domain which takes minutes to do using softaculous.

the MySQL DB and prefix is automatically set up when you use fantistico/softaculous so even you dont need to do any work on these

Once a user registers for a specific plan I would like it to create a new site in my WPMU network of sites.

Is this possible?

I saw a module being tested for this, but it seems to not have been updated in a while - http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=26851

EDIT: Actually, looks like it is finalized and available here - http://www.boardoo.com/section/wordpress-multisite-server-provisioning-module-5/

http://www.softaculous.com/docs/WHMCS_Auto_Install_Module

This will auto install any of the Softaculous scripts, when someone places an order in WHMCS
