Kayako/WHMCS ticket submission question

Is there any way to integrate the "My support tickets" section of the WHMCS client area with Kayako, or do I need to disable any links to submitting or viewing support tickets from within the WHMCS client area if I want to use Kayako?

Just about have Adam's script up and running (big thanks to Adam for all his help!), but here's a part I'm missing. I realize that "submitting a ticket" through Adam's script is currently not possible and that we had to go in and change the URL that "My support tickets" links to in order to point it away from the WHMCS ticketing system and to Adam's script. BUT, can we not create our own link in this template (whmcs client area) right next to "My support tickets" and call it "Submit a ticket" and link it to Kayako?
