Email Piping stopped working.

So this week my email piping for tickets stopped working..

 

it shows it is connecting.

 

<b>POP Import Log</b><br>Date: 26/08/2011 20:16:30<hr>Host: mail.rfehosting.com<br>Email: support@rfehosting.com<br>Email Count: 23<hr>

 

And shows there are emails i there, even login to the account, and there are 23 in there.

 

What causes it to stop working,

 

Also i have 3 other accounts that should be pulling from, but it wont even show that in the log.

only shows the support account.

 

Any ideas?
