Invoice Reminder Fee, where?

i installed WHMCS 4.5.2.

 

But i dont understand how the invoice reminder fee works.

Where is the reminder&fee stored ?

if you mean the late fee then this is set at

 

WHMCS Admin Area > General Settings > invoices

i have already configured.

 

The problem is, if customer dont pay, he gets a reminder with late fee per e-mail.

But where in Admin panel is this stored.

you mean the email template that is sent to the clients.

 

this is in WHMCS Admin Area > setup > email templates.

 

their is no email reminder that mentions the late fee, but you can add a note to say Third Invoice Overdue Notice stating that a late fee is now added.

After the user get an reminder with late fee,

when they open the invoice after the late fee added date has passed the invoice will show the late fee as
