shed Posted August 23, 2011 Share Posted August 23, 2011 We are having an issue in which customers are unable to place orders - specifically order domains - as the domain checker seems to be down... displaying a domain unavailable message - or within our admin area: "An error occured while checking the availability of this domain" - We have confirmed that port 43 is open on the firewall and have had no luck so far from WHMCS support or our server management company in resolving this... Does anyone have any ideas, we are losing orders every day due to this issue which seems to have everyone baffled... any help greatly appreciated.
