rbro
Is there a way to set an account to be automatically terminated or at least to not renew on a date in the fuiture or upon expiration of the current billing cycle?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 5, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 5, 2007 Yes, the client can request cancellation at the end of the current billing cycle from the client area. Then there's an option somewhere to enable automatic processing of cancellations (in the automation settings section I think) in which case it would be automatically terminated when the date is reached. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 5, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 5, 2007 No, you can't submit a cancellation request from the admin area. Use the login as client link from the clients summary page to do it. Matt

Matt And where within the client area is the cancellation request submission located?
othellotech
Hosting, view-details, at the bottom is the button.
rbro
Hosting, view-details, at the bottom is the button. I'm not seeing it. I see a login to cpanel button and a login to webmail button and a link to view available add-ons and that's it.
othellotech
under the addos - the "back" and "cancel" buttons (assuming you've turned the option on in WHMCS and are logged in as the client)

Got it working now, thanks.
brianoz
This really is a cool feature, but someday, I'd love to see it turn up in the admin side panel as well. This is definitely not a high priority, just a nice to have ...
trine
It would be equally nice to being able to enable product cancellations for select products (or better and more challenging per subscription term for things like annual contracts etc)
