rbro Posted June 5, 2007 Share Posted June 5, 2007 I've been waiting for about 5 days to get a straight answer from Modernbill support regarding this, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised at the colossal lameness of their support department. Maybe someone here can answer? I've migrated all my customers, packages etc, from MB to WHMCS, but apparently I need to move the add-ons manually. So I need to create them all in WHMCS, adjust the recurring amount down to the correct package amount WITHOUT the add-ons and then add the add-ons to the packages. But I have 2 MB questions: 1. How can I see which clients in MB have a given add-on? Like how/where can I see a list of packages or clients that have the "extra bandwidth" add-on? 2. How can I see how much a client is being billed for an add-on? Sorry to have to ask Modernbill questions here, but I bet I will get a more intelligent and informed response here than I will from MB support or their forums (both of which I've tried) 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
