Changes Not Being Submitted To The Database

Hello,

Just installed WHMCS solution and I'm about to import from ClientExec. First I'm going to sort out the settings and such.

However, nothing I enter gets submitted to the database, settings stay the same after they've been changed and submitted, to-do list items do not get added and notes do not get saved.

Register_globals are enabled, as seen here:

hostedfx.com/info.php

Any ideas what could be causing this?

I uploaded a php.ini folder to the admin folder with the following:

register_globals = Off

However, still no luck.

Hey,

Thats your issue, it should be

register_globals = On

Cheers Adam,

That worked! I was just following Matt's advice by turning them off:

Register globals must not be enabled in the admin folder.

Issue sorted anyway, thanks guys!

Hey,

I guess that goes either way, but you need register_globals to be enabled in the admin folder, install folder (if upgrading or re-install) and the main folder of whmcs (where your config.php file is).

Enjoy WHMCS!

No, I meant they must not be enabled in that, they must not be enabled in your admin folder despite you saying they are. For WHMCS they do need to be enabled.
