  1. For anyone else wondering the same, here is the answer;
  2. Quick question... If I create a new product in the 'Reseller Hosting Account' product type, will this account automatically be given Reseller Privileges in WHM/cPanel? The reason I ask is because normally you have to tick a box to give an account reseller privileges when manually creating it, or make it a reseller in the Reseller Center in WHM. Thanks, Gareth
  3. Hello, Very quick, basic (and probably silly) question - but I just want to make sure. I'm thinking of reducing my prices for each of my web hosting plans. I currently have 363 clients - if I change the prices now, will all futurue invoices be generated with the new prices? The main reason I ask this is because of the 'Recurring Amount' field in the product view. Thanks, Gareth
  4. I agree that this should be in WHMCS by default. Great contribution.

  6. Thanks, but I know what's required. I just need to know where I fill in that information either in WHMCS or the DirectI Reseller Panel.
  7. Nothing there allows me to specify The Application Purpose and Nexus Category...
  8. Hi guys, I've registered over 50 domains with WHMCS and DirectI, but never a domain with a .US extension. Today, a client bought a .US domain however I receive the following error from WHMCS/DirectI when trying to register the domain: Does anyone know where I can set this? Thank you, Gareth
  9. Hi all, I have the latest version of WHMCS running with DirectI configured for domain registration. I've registered many domains through the system, and everything is working fine. However, when trying to process a domain registration in the admin panel of WHMCS I get the following error: An Error Occured An Unknown Error Occured while Creating Contact The domain is assigned to a client, so I'm a little confused...
  10. I believe there must be a logical reason for why it is not, but we'll wait for Matt's input
  11. Thanks, I've now changed it to Dear [CustomerName], - hope that works ------------- I'm just curious as to why it isn't automatically set to that with installation?
  12. Hi all, I'm not sure if this is just me or a global issue. However, when a new customer signs up they receive a number of emails including 'New Account Information'. This reads the following: Surely this should say Dear clientsfirstname lastname,? This is the cPanel welcome email. Thanks, Gareth
  13. Thanks a lot Matt, that has sorted it out. Rick, thanks for the kind words...I have worked quite hard on making the site look as good as possible.
  14. Hi, Having a small problem with my WHMCS installation. Basically, when a new client signs up and tries to use an annual billing cycle they are automatically taken back to monthly billing. To recreate this error please do the following: 1) hostedfx.com/clients/order.php?step=2&pid=2 2) Enter a random domain 3) Select annual billing ($88.00) 4) Click continue This then changes to: Any ideas? This is happening on all 3 of my web hosting packages. Thanks, Gareth
  15. Cheers Adam, That worked! I was just following Matt's advice by turning them off: Issue sorted anyway, thanks guys!
  16. I uploaded a php.ini folder to the admin folder with the following: register_globals = Off However, still no luck.
  17. Hello, Just installed WHMCS solution and I'm about to import from ClientExec. First I'm going to sort out the settings and such. However, nothing I enter gets submitted to the database, settings stay the same after they've been changed and submitted, to-do list items do not get added and notes do not get saved. Register_globals are enabled, as seen here: hostedfx.com/info.php Any ideas what could be causing this?
