Don't collect client address

We offer a digital service and have no need to collect an address, billing or shipping from our clients which is pretty common among a lot of other SAAS companies, is there a way to make the address fields not required? I've figured out how to remove them from the order forms but it gives an error on submission.

for each of the input fields just make them hidded and give them a value of N/A

eg..

<input type="hidden" name="address1" style="width:80%;" value="N/A" />

Note that the email field cannot be hidden as it is needed to be able to login to the clientarea.
