tkalfaoglu Posted July 13, 2011 Share Posted July 13, 2011 When I place a hosting upgrade, the customer gets an email that contains "order details". However, the "amount due" that is displayed there does not contain the sales tax. A few moments later, the customer also gets an invoice, which contains the sales tax. This confuses the customer, and I have heard "but it said 10 there, and that's the amount I wired.." How can I fix this?
