Hi,

Would it be possible percentage basis rather than to give same point all products? And when it'll be ready?

Thanks in advance

Can you explain this a little bit more? Percentage of what?

Currently you can set points per invoice amount, so expensive products will result in more points than cheap products.

Unfortunately that depends on WHMCS itself and when "ClientLogin" hook is activated. Currently this hook is activate every time when you login to the client area, no matter does is via admin area as admin or via client area login page as client.

If and when WHMCS developers separate those two logins, be sure that I will update module to recognise admin and client login.

For what its worth, I'm pretty sure there is a $_SESSION variable defined when someone logs in from the admin to a clients account. You could check and verify this before modifying points. The same could be said for any other hook you're using.

I mean i couldn't use this feature on my whmcs 5.02 version. when i try to save changes it happen like before i click. So i can't do any changes like i'm trying to change case 33 Enable Reward Points per invoice total amount, when an invoice changes from Unpaid to Paid status ie. when it becomes paid in full before invoice due date 1 point per 1 currency amount than i try to save changes but there's a blank in case 33 that means no change.

Saving addon configuration fields is handled by WHMCS. You probably have some double fields in addon config mysql table. I suggest you to contact whmcs support to check your whmcs installation or open ticket with us.

I really like the look of the add-on but many problems when coming to pay!

I paid more than I should ($4.70) and still can not download the software because of a bug in their whmcs, doesn't happen in mine *rolls eyes*..

Issue with PayPal module is reported to the WHMCS support. I believe this is because you selected USD on our site and paid in EUR at PayPal site.

€3.50EUR is about $4.56USD - http://www.xe.com/ucc/convert/?Amount=3.50&From=EUR&To=USD

Original invoice amount is $4.42USD, difference of $0.14USD is already added to your account credit, so you are not in loss for any cent.

You have received mail with all details, please check your inbox.

I am very interested in something like this, this one however seems far too over complicated for both the web host and end user, and the explanation of certain things are not clear.

For me to use this it would have to be completely rewritten.

The whole idea of offering customers "points" for specific actions is excellent.

This mod is highly recommended, I installed it a few days ago and can already see lots of interest from clients, there are so many different ways you can give clients points (or take them away), check out my list of reward points http://myautodj.com/rewards.php

The script itself runs great, fully automated (other than when clients request points be converted, but even that you can choose to be automated), well worth the cost they charge you can clearly see a lot of work went into this mod, I had a problem with how it worked with one of my server provisioning mods, had nothing at all to do with their rewards points mod but they corrected my errors anyway, A++ and fast support responses. This script is great for marketing, for cutting down on support, for getting invoice payments in on time, who doesn't like reward points, installation was as simple as it gets
