IntaHost-Steve
Your site integration and design, pretty boring if I am honest. Your products, well they seem inspired if your looking for community growth. Post2Host seems quite clever, although a bit manufactured, could end up with a forum full of crap content, but whatever floats your boat. Still a nice idea.
jeremyhaber
You pretty much have a lack of "Brand" on your site. Which I agree makes your site seem boring and in some cases maybe even a little illegitimate/sketchy. Adding a logo will definitely give you a sense of identity. It makes you more than just a person selling something on a website, it makes you a brand people can stick with. The logo on my site was done for $20USD, and that was the best $20 I have ever spent! As well you should consider getting some proper content. Right now all your pages say the same thing and there really isn't much there. Consider reducing your site into the client portal, a page for custom development, and a your home page. Make your home page your sales page for your product, at least until you have some more products available, then add individual product pages.
