Hi,

 

Our help desk is manned 24 hours a day, but response times will vary depending on the current workload and complexity of an issue. We work through tickets in the order of last reply so as long as long as you aren't replying to your ticket asking for updates and taking yourself back down the queue every so often then we'll get to it just as soon as we can.
