[FIXED] iWHMCS: Sort replies setting not obeyed with ticket replies

In the Settings app I have the "Sort replies" option set to "Descending by date." I expect this to mean that within each ticket, the order of replies/comments on the ticket will appear starting with the latest response followed by the second newest, third newest, etc. until the original support request appears at the very end.

 

This is not the case. All of my ticket replies appear in sequential order with the oldest dated reply first (ie: the original message that opened the ticket).

 

Toggling the option mentioned above within the Settings app appears to do nothing to the ticket reply order.

 

This makes working with tickets frustrating since I have to scroll to the very bottom of each (which can be pretty long) in order to see the latest reply. That said, the reply button is also at the bottom, so perhaps those buttons (Reply, Add Notes) should appear above the ticket at least when the order is reversed.
