headbull
I sent the question/problem to WHMC yesterday, soo I guess its beeing worked on (i hope). Do you get any error message? Or do you get a "successfull" message when you register a domain?
honesting
just a successfull message, what I know for the moment it's that : 1. WHMC are testing and works on their intranet. 2. Directi tell me that myorderbox.com:80 it's not working 3. WHMC tell me that it's working ups!

gismo
My problem is that the domain is registered in the Directi admin panel but i have to log in to the Directi admin panel and click the pay button to get it registered. I didn’t have to do this in the earlier versions.
honesting
They tell me that was my firewall connection, I stopped it and didn't work, so I have there are some bug sure?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 1, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 1, 2007 My problem is that the domain is registered in the Directi admin panel but i have to log in to the Directi admin panel and click the pay button to get it registered. I didn’t have to do this in the earlier versions. That's simply a case of the client account in DirectI not having enough funds. If it gets that far, the communication with DirectI is working perfectly fine as with most other users. Matt
trine
Here too, it seems to be working just fine, with the exception of certain ccTLDs that require a contact address in a certain country.
honesting
trine, do you modified something? I'm thinking about upload all again, but I didn't change nothing in the past days until last upgrade.

headbull
I still have a issue, problem is only on the registration of new domains. Renewing seems to work 100%.. Still somebody with a issue on DirectI ?
honesting
Do the reseller in directi have funds? and also the customer you use for connect? do you have open the 80 port for outbounds connections?
Veus
So let me get this straight, the customer you choose in directi needs to have funds added to their account? The domain wont just be registered auto and taken out of the reseller funds?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 3, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 3, 2007 Yes, that's simply the way DirectI works. A domain has to be registered under a customer inside your reseller account, and both you as the reseller and the customer must have the funds to pay for it. Adding funds to a customer is a simple case of clicking the Add Funds button so it's not difficult and doesn't involve paying anything.
