ITzzJake
The business where I rent my servers from said it was because I didnt have my server configured. So then I created the server. Now I see my server (which i name "Riptide") in the dropdown menu whenever I create an order. Now whenever someone places an order it says that it worked, but they can't login to cPanel, FTP, or see their site. So it obviously DIDN'T work. BUT, I can create accounts/place orders in WHM and it works fine. I am thinking it's not working because i currently do not have a real domain, the one I have right now is 64.22.77.244/~rivertec . I get a real domain after 1 month with my current plan. ------These are my details I have for my server in WHMCS------ http://www.diigo.com/item/image/17nlx/495i -- Please help me, because nobody can place orders until its fixed.

m8internet
Go to WHM and you will see Setup Remote Access Key Go to WHMCS and insert this into Servers (Server Details at the bottom) along with the WHM username (password not required)

m8internet
Under Server Details it says "Type" do I put cPanel there? Because i dont see whm, i see whmsonic? yes, cPanel Presumably you see the cPanel copyright at the bottom of the menu on the left and WHM version at the top on the right hand side, and then the obvious cPanel options in the menu and main page Edited June 24, 2011 by m8internet

othellotech
All of the information you need to set it up is in the wiki. unless you specify *EXACTLY* what you're doing and what *EXACTLY* isnt working then no-one will be able to help beyond pointing you at the documentation
