harrip Posted June 22, 2011 Share Posted June 22, 2011 I have recently started using the OpenSRS module. It works good for registrations. However, for transfers in, I am getting the following error: An Error Occurred Invalid data - tech phone is incorrect (has to be in a +1.4165551122x1234 format) I've tried various combinations of our phone number on the Setup==>Domain Registrars==>Other Settings page, all without success. Is anyone else getting problems? what format are you entering the phone number on the above page as? Do you include the '+' for instance. wispr Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 I've seen a few other threads on this, but even changing the defaults in OSRS doesn't cut it. We didn't get the error to go away until we entered the phone number in whmcs as +1.9999991111, just as osrs wants to see it. Seems pretty silly to me. Anyone else seeing this issue?
