griffe Posted May 28, 2007 Share Posted May 28, 2007 We are having an issue with the payment status on the the pending order page as showing line items paid for, when they are not... the invoice is still showing as unpaid, however the status indicator is simply wrong. We are currently in the process of migrating customers, and are having to backdate some accounts.... Wondering if something in this process is the cause of our frustration here...? any ideas? WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 16, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 16, 2007 If due payment date = order date - it's unpaid. If due payment date does not equal order date - it's paid. So when you input the user and change the next due date to a date in the past or future for the backdated accounts you are adding, the order will then show as paid. This was only domain registration, due date was 16/10/07, date paid was 16/10/07. Next due date was automatically set at today 16/10/07. Not sure why.
