Advice on structuring my site

Recommended Posts

I need some advice on how to structure my site.

I currently have a Joomla front end and I am using JWHMCS to try to fit WHMCS backend into my joomla template. It is not perfect but it is working. There are places in the WHMCS backend that doesn't fit well in my Joomla template.

If you would have the chance to create an entire WHMCS site from scratch, how would you go about doing it? And tips you might pass along?

I am thinking about using Joomla for the front end as much as I can do. All sales pages and landing pages. When a user need to do account specific stuff in the WHMCS backend, is there a way to customize WHMCS to look close to what my front of site looks like?

Is there a way to get tracking links to flow through the Joomla landing page and into WHMCS so that WHMCS can keep track of them?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as well as any links to useful information or examples.

Thanks,

--Jeff

I agree... I don't believe integrating WHMCS into Joomla is really necessary.

So I have my landing pages in Joomla with a menu called My Account that links to the WHMCS backend (which will require a login at that point).

How much control do I have in styling the WHMCS to mimic the design of my joomla front end?
