m8internet
I have been using WHMCS and WHM since December 2010 and not had any problems with the DNS entries However, yesterday (08 June) one client advised they had updated the nameservers and their Domain Name was still directing to their previous webhost I checked back and the nameservers had been changed on 04 June so clearly something was wrong I checked on WHOIS and the nameservers were correct Performed a trace route and the correct IP address appeared I then looked in WHM and found the previous nameservers were in the DNS Zone, as the SOA and NS records I then traced this back to the "New Account" email sent out by WHM to confirm the account had been created Instead of my nameservers, those of the previous provider had been imported I have now been back through all orders and this issue only commenced on 06 May, and all accounts where the customer is either updating the nameservers or transferring in a Domain Name has this issue Any and all advice welcome

othellotech
it's a setting in WHM, nothing to do with WHMCS
m8internet
Prior to 06 May it was not an issue What has changed to result in WHM picking up the existing nameservers on the Domain Name, instead of the ones I want to apply from WHMCS?
