multisoft
you should create the an account in WHMCS and it'll automatically create it in WHM. In your case now you need to import the accounts from your admin area utilities >> cPanel/WHM Import. Then select the server and import the accounts
datawebcorp
As stated by multisoft, use WHMCS to manage ALL your WHM accounts and services. Information entered directly in WHM will NOT automatically find its way in WHMCS.

Libin
Thanks all and sorry for being late to reply....Let me explain the scenario once more. As multisoft said, an account created in WHMCS should create the same, automatically in WHM also. In my case, it is not happening. I have created the account in WHMCS and it failed to create automatically in WHM. Is there any way to manually synchronize WHM and WHMCS??Awaiting your reply...

You need to configure your Server Setup in WHMCS. You need to tell WHMCS how to communicate with it. http://docs.whmcs.com/Servers
