nitro
When registering .au domains there are policies that require certain information to be submitted as a part of the registration. At the moment I think that the only way I'm going to be able to handle this in WHMCS is by manually creating a ticket for the customer when a new .au domain registration is placed requesting the required information. Alternatively I guess I could add a check in the ordering templates to show some extra information if the domain has a .au extension, and provide a link to a pop-up form requesting the required details - however I can see this getting pretty messy. I was wondering if there was any way I could add some extra fields to the domain ordering form when a .au extension is selected. I would need to be able to provide some information to the client, and then show some mandatory fields - some would be text fields and others select lists with a single option. I can imagine how I could add the extra fields to the template, but am not sure how I could get WHMCS to pick up the submitted values / validate that mandatory fields had been completed. Is anyone handling anything like this in WHMCS at present?
