Quantum Gateway down? Missing funds!

Hi !

 

Anyone else here uses CDG Commerce + Quantumgateway?

As of right now I see Quantumgateway down () -- AND we have not seen any money coming in all week (Thursday today) to our merchant bank account -- but we of course made our usual sales / credit card transactions.

 

Is this just us?

Quantum is having some issues;

There should no longer be any processing issues. Here is some additional information on what caused the issue this morning:

 

There was an unexpected transaction processing issue that took place this morning for some merchants. While this issue fortunately took place during a time period early in the morning when there is the absolutely lowest number of transactions flowing through the Quantum system, it still resulted in certain transactions being rejected from the small number of impacted merchants.

 

The Quantum network, hardware and software was all operating properly and the internal diagnostics and monitoring that is done on these systems was also working properly. Unfortunately, the issue was with a vendors software application which began rejecting transactions at a layer deeper than that which was being monitored and this vendor software started to ignore the carefully prepared filter files that had been previously built and extensively tested. We are modifying our monitoring tools making the necessary changes to ensure that this does not ever re-occur again and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by

 

Just as an FYI, I am still having issues with them, recurring charges are being billed and Quantum is showing a zero amount on the Invoice. I think they still have a bit of work to do...
