Why so hard to get trial key?

mrascii

Question

Back in 2006 I obtained the trial key but never use it. And then I'm using other billing system and now I'm back to try the newest version of whmcs.

I submited the trial key form, ended with max mind fraud check pending review and submited the ticket and got response that I should resubmit the form because the previous one was not complete. But I tried to rebsumit the trial key form and got user already exist. Tried using alternative email got max mind fraud check pending review again.

I'm from Indonesia, why so hard to get the trial key. Is it dangerous to release the trial key?

a Trial Key is for 15 days from the time of issue, even if you dont use it it only gives 15 days

You would need to raise a support ticket for this so we can take a look for you.

I'm sure they would re-issue a trial key, being it's so long ago, but what's the point? If you like the software, it hasn't changed much over the years, except get a lot better, just purchase it, they deserve the money, I mean they should be charging a lot more for what we are getting, Consider it a donation..

But even if you used it 10 years ago, why should you get another freebie, That's like me saying, "HEY, CANCEL MY LICENSE EVERY YEAR SO I CAN GET A FREE TRIAL FOR 15 DAYS, BECAUSE I WANT TO SEE WHAT NEW FEATURES IT HAS NOW.."

Sorry buddy but it's not fair to other people.

Not trying to be rude at all just making sure you get WHMCS works very hard to make our life a lot easier, then having to worry about getting paid!

yes the OP is after another FREEBIE. its not WHMCS fault that he requested a trial key in 2006 and never used it and then just expecting that 5 yrs later the 15 day key would still work.
