[NOT A BUG] "Support Ticket Opened" Auto-response Subject Not Working

Hello;

 

It appears that setting the subject for the "Support Ticket Opened" field does not update the subject line for support tickets being opened.

 

Clients receive the following email subject format when opening tickets no matter what I do: "[Ticket ID: {#}] {$subject}"

I have been updating the automated responses on my site. I noticed this when I was testing the ticketing response email.

 

In the email template for "Support Ticket Opened" I changed the subject to "Support Ticket - WHMCS Addon" as a test to see if it would change. It would not register the change which makes me think that the ticket opened template has a hard coded subject line.
