webio Posted May 4, 2011 Share Posted May 4, 2011 Hello, I'm using free accounts in WHMCS as a hosting free trial accouns which can be upgraded to normal hosting plans. I'm also suspending this trial accounts if they have not beed updated to normal plan after 14 days. Very often clients "wake up" after account suspension and they can't upgrade their free trial account because WHMCS is not allowing to change hosting plan if account is suspended. Do you have maybe any idea how to allow this or solve this problem another way (maybe some "Unsuspend" button) ? Thank you 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
